Park City Water Polo Registration

Use the form below to register. Winter season fees: $60 for all groups.

Fees include practice time, officiating, and other items. Players will pay additional fees on a per-tournament basis.

Payment is due now. Checks should be made out to Park City Water Polo and submitted by mail or bill pay to Park City Water Polo, PO Box 981524, Park City, UT 84098 (player's name written clearly on check, please do not turn in at the pool or to coaches).
